Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information. You have 60 minutes after completing your order in which to cancel it by sending us an email at angrysousmadrid@gmail.com.

As we process orders immediately, you may not be able to cancel your order after the time limit indicated. Therefore, if you no longer want the product/s, please wait until you have received the order shipment and then follow our Return Instructions to return the product/s.

If the delivery address is in a country outside the European Union, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the duty and tax payment.

As a general rule, remember for EU shipments, no customs costs are due at delivery. For all other cases, buyer will be responsible for all costs involved in customs clearance. 

Angry Souls will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Customs duties are determined by your local customs authority, so we have no control over these and cannot predict how much they may cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities.

To choose the right size for you, we recommend that you look at the sizing chart for the product that interests you and compare the measurements with one of the garments in your wardrobe. To know how we measure our garments, click here. We carefully measure each garment, so our size charts are very precise.

Yes, we ship worldwide. All our orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain.

In the event that a shipping carrier loses your package, we will do our best to help each case.

However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. it gets stolen off your front porch), we are not liable and we will NOT replace or refund the item(s) under any circumstance. We are happy to require a Signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Notes section at checkout to request one and we will email you a quote for this additional service.
