1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made in our online shop.
2. Contracting Party, Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer; it is a non-binding online catalogue of products only. You can put our products into your shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries before sending your binding order at any time by using the correction tools that are provided for this purpose and which are explained in the course of the order procedure. By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order takes place by email immediately after sending the order, and does not constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order within 5 days by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods.
A binding contract may also be made prior to this as follows:
- If you have selected credit card payment, the contract is entered into at the time the credit card is debited.
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract ​​are English.
We will save the text of the contract and send you the order information and our terms and conditions via email. You can also view the terms and conditions on this page and download them from this page at any time. For security reasons, your previous orders are no longer available on the Internet.
3. Delivery
Shipping costs will be added to the product prices specified.
- For a minimum order value of €100, we ship to addresses in Spain and Portugal and, for a minimum value of 250€, we ship to the rest of European Union for free, except for countries as Denmark, Finland and Sweden, which is 300€.
- For orders of lower value, you will be able to see the exact cost at checkout.
- For worldwide deliveries outside the EU, please contact us by info@angrysoulsmadrid.com. Â
As a fundamental principle, at Angry Souls Madrid, we take care of our customers with personalized attention. Therefore, if you have any questions or issues during the online purchasing process, we suggest contacting us directly at INFO@ANGRYSOULSMADRID.COM.
Regarding the need for returns or exchanges, we make the following observations to ensure the best possible experience. To proceed with these transactions, you must contact us within 14 business days from the day after receiving the product. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact, and free from stains and odors. For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred in your country.
- Returns for any product, for reasons unrelated to Angry Souls Madrid, will be at the customer’s expense. The shipping cost model will apply; to inquire about the cost, please contact us.
- For exchanges due to size or measurements, please check availability with us beforehand. Angry Souls Madrid will cover the cost of the first exchange, while any subsequent exchanges will be at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an exchange cannot be completed in time.
- No model or product exchanges for a different one shall be accepted; only size exchanges for the same product and model purchased are allowed. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you must first return it (according to our Return Policy) and then make a new purchase.
- Returns for damaged or defective products must be requested within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@angrysoulsmadrid.com. Please provide a detailed explanation along with photo or video evidence whenever possible.
We aim to meet these delivery times, but cannot be held liable for any delays on the part of DHL or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions. You also have the option of collecting your order for free at the Angry Souls shop on Calle del Divino Pastor, 3, 28004 Madrid; from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00. Please give us at least 48 hours advance notice of collection so that we can ready your order.
We value climate protection and sustainability highly. Since the environment is so close to our heart, we have decided to deliver our goods in a carbon-neutral way. GO GREEN is a DHL service for carbon-neutral transport. It works like this: The transport of goods causes carbon emissions that pollute the environment. To compensate for these emissions, DHL GO GREEN supports special climate protection projects that reduce carbon emissions elsewhere. This way, both you, the customer, and we can make a valuable contribution to the fight against climate change.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
Your credit card will be charged after the order is confirmed.
5. Stocks
Angry Souls works with selected brands, all of them of handcrafted production, with very limited resources and output. We would often love to bring more stock in, but unfortunately this is not possible due to the lack of availability of fabrics, materials and other resources needed to produce the items. This is why we often do not carry as many units as we would like and we quickly run out of stock in some items.
We do everything possible to restock popular items; however, this always depends on each brand’s production capacity and how much demand clients made. In the case of limited editions, this is normally not possible.
That’s why It is not possible for us to let It known stock information. Products flows in our shops changes every single day.
6. Damages in Transit
If goods are delivered with obvious damages, please point out these defects immediately to the delivery agent, and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us does not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, or the warranty rights. However, it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier and/or transport insurance.
7. Warranties
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability applies. The statute of limitations for used items is one year after delivery of the goods. The above limitations and time restrictions do not apply to claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents
- in the case of injury to life, limb or health
- in the case of grossly negligence or deliberate breach of duty or fraudulent intent
- in the case of breach of contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which constitutes correct execution of the contract and on whose fulfilment the signatory must ordinarily be able to rely (cardinal obligations)
- to the extent agreed within the scope of a guarantee
- provided that the Product Liability Directive applies.

8. Liability
We assume unlimited liability for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents
- in the case of injury to life, limb or health
- in the case of gross negligence or deliberate breach of duty or fraudulent intent
- to the extent agreed in the guarantee
- provided that the Product Liability Directive applies.
For breach of contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which constitutes correct execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may ordinarily rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage which must typically be expected to occur upon conclusion of the contract.
Claims for damages are otherwise excluded.
