Inspired by 1930s Grizzly jackets and revisited with a unique Italian touch, the “Varenne” Grizzly Jacket represents an authentic garment made of Full grain Horsehide from Vicenza (Italy), and Pied de Poule Wool lining, with Panels and Collar in Merino Shearling Sheepskin from Tuscany (Italy).
The original concept of the Grizzly jacket was to affix insulation onto the outside of the jacket so that the wearer could have more range of motion and layering opportunities whilst enduring the cold.
The Grizzly Jacket is possibly the most rugged jacket ever made, as rugged as the territory where grizzlies still roam.
The Full Grain Horsehide from Vicenza (Italy) is first grade Horsehide with a ton of character and deep richness. It ages beautifully, developing fantastic fades, creases and patina. Thickness is around 1,1mm, making the “Varenne” Grizzly an outstanding and high-end premium jacket. Natural leathers like the Vicenza Horsehide have their own distinctive character and slight differences in texture, grain, scratches and color tone are signs of its authenticity.
The Shearling Sheepskin is the perfect natural insulator for cold weather. The soft sheep wool encases your body, ensuring maximum body warmth retention and at the same time wicking away excess moisture when the body generates it. The metallic zippers by Talon® are made of antique brass with engraved markings. The attention to detail makes it a rare and authentic Grizzly Jacket Hand Made in Italy. - For a minimum order value of €100, we ship to addresses in Spain and Portugal and, for a minimum value of 250€, we ship to the rest of European Union for free.
- For order values below €100, we charge at least €5,23 per package to ship to addresses in Spain.
- For order values below €250 we charge at least 15€ for Germany, France and Italy.
- We charge a flat fee of 18€ for deliveries to the rest of EU.

Domestic returns, within Spain are free of charge.
International Returns, outside of Spain, the following conditions apply:
- Returns are free if you are exchanging for a different size or a product of equal value.
- If you are returning an item for a refund (not an exchange), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
